If you want to achieve massive financial transformation and you’re struggling to do so the WORST thing you can do right now is focus on how badly you want things to change and WHY WON’T THEY CHANGE?
Instead what you need to do, quite simply, is look at other areas of your life where you’ve achieved massive fucking transformation and then duplicate the pants off that biz. Because the reality (and this is REALLY freaking cool by the way!) –
If you can do ONE thing successfully then you can do ANYthing successfully.
Here’s a personal example that still blows my mind everytime I think of it, of how I took my ability to be super mega FIT and look a certain way, and transferred it over to what I wanted to create with MONEY when at the time I was basically stuck and broke and no matter what I DID I couldn’t seem to escape that cycle.
I’ve created a MILLION DOLLAR per year (and growing!) biz from this stuff so it bloody well WORKS!
I’m going to replicate the exercise I did for you here, and you’ll see right away how INCREDIBLE it is and how powerful it will be when YOU then use it to switch on your own money goals and get to shit. hot. RICH!
By the way: I did this (and many other similar) OVER AND OVER again in my daily journaling and thought processes, until it was ingrained. I affirmed DAILY who I now chose to be and what I wanted to create, it wasn’t a freaking one off feel good thing! If you’re just looking for a feel good pick me up right now, fuck off and waste somebody else’s energy output! Aka: spend your time on something you actually give a damn about, don’t PRETEND you want change in your money situation if you’re not actually going to DO ALL THE WORK it takes.
Anyway … where was I???
BEING IN SHIT HOT SHAPE AND HOW I USED THAT TO GET SHIT HOT RICH.
Since I was 21 years old, and first got ‘obsessed’ with the gym (and then became a wildly successful personal trainer for 13 years!), when it comes to fitness and being in shit hot shape it’s just who I am, how it is, and even though I may veer back and forth a TOUCH from my ‘ideal’ and even had one or two fairly big lapses, I’ve pretty much just stayed in great shape because I choose to.
But it’s also been because there are specific STRATEGIES and mindset techniques I employ and have made habit, and because I’ve learned how to handle myself and quickly get back in the game when I do go off track.
So when I set out to SERIOUSLY get my money shit sorted, and allow it to FLOW BY THE TRUCKLOAD one of the (again very MANY) approaches I took was to look at the success I had created and maintained with my physical fitness, and duplicate it over to getting rich.
How I did that is I did a FULL SPECTRUM assessment of what it was that kept me in such great shape.
Here’s a pretty accurate example of how I did that, based gajillion times I did it throughout my broke period!
WHY AM I SO FIT, HOT, AND IN GREAT SHAPE? Because I chose to be fit and hot and in shape.
WHY? Because I consider it critical and non-negotiable. It is a MUST for me; part of who I am and how I choose to be and it’s simply not ACCEPTABLE to not be shit hot and fit. In the same way that living on the street would not be an acceptable option and so therefore it does not HAPPEN.
WHAT DO I THEN DO TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS? Mainly the simple daily work of moving my ass, eating well, and not stuffing my face too much!
ALSO: listening in to my body about HOW I need to eat and move, sometimes less and sometimes more.
WHAT IF I GO OFF TRACK? I get the fuck back on! I do something to release that feeling as well, something that helps me FEEL I moved back on, i.e. something extra like an extra sweat session, a fast, a ‘binge’ on greens.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN I DON’T FEEL MOTIVATED? I do the work anyway. I do also listen to my body though about when I need a softer or ‘nicer’ approach.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN I’M INJURED OR IT FEELS TOUGH? I understand that the best cure is action – the RIGHT action; nothing that will hurt me. But movement clears pain. AND elevates feel-good factor.
What about when life is crazy, I don’t have time, or I can’t access healthy food? It’s important to me and so I find a way around it, as best as I can.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN IT’S JUST NOT WORKING? I trust in the process, and I gear it up a notch.
HOW DO I KNOW THE ‘RIGHT’ WAY TO EXERCISE AND EAT? Because it feels right, I feel empowered and uplifted by it, and I feel the positive rewards internally before externally.
HOW DID I FIRST LEARN THOUGH? Experimentation, and paying people who I aspire to be like or have knowledge from. Also consistency in both these areas, AND consistency at doing the best I knew based on what I knew throughout the whole time, even though I now look back and see many approaches I no longer agree with.
DOES IT GET EASIER OR HARDER WITH TIME? Easier, more automated – “who I am”
IF I WERE GIVING ADVICE TO SOMEONE ON HOW TO GET IN SHAPE WOULD I SAY EXTREME QUICK FIX OR CONSISTENT DAILY ACTION? The latter if having to choose one of the two. However if highly motivated / supported / disciplined and also CERTAIN you’d then CONTINUE with the latter I’d start with the former as it WILL get a fast kick-start result in 90% of cases.
WHAT ABOUT IF THEY REALLY NEED (WANT!) A QUICK FIX?! Okay then. Make a fucking quick fix overhaul plan and follow the plan. But DO IT WITH SUPPORT and accountability to continue on regardless of the outcomes. Also it HAS to be from alignment.
IS IT ABOUT PUTTING MORE TIME IN, OR THE RIGHT SORT OF TIME? The right sort of time, but also more DOES make a difference. It’s about listening to what you need as well, i.e. yoga instead of running one day but another might BE to do the running or the CRAZY motherfucking circuit instead of something softer or slower.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN YOU DO GO OFF TRACK FOR A DAY OR TWO, OR MORE? Make it a higher priority and put it ahead of other things until you’re back in the habit.
WHAT ELSE? It’s the decision to be fit and not what I do to be fit, that makes me fit. Also surrounding yourself with people who consider being shit hot and fit NORMAL is pretty helpful and makes a BIG difference as you always rise or sink to be the average of those around you!
WHAT’S THE REAL REASON I STAY SO FIT? Because I choose to.
Do you see already how freaking awesome this is? Even writing it all out again now has me all fired up! Do you see how you can APPLY this technique to anything??! Whether or not the fitness one is relevant to you (and maybe it is even helpful for you right now in that area?!) … you see how this WORKS right??
Anyway. Here is how I then did the MONEY stuff.
HOW DO I NOW CHOOSE TO GET RESULTS WITH MONEY, AND BE SHIT HOT RICH?! I now choose to be shit hot rich with massive positive net worth!
WHY? Because I know it is possible and I now choose to make it who I am, a non-negotiable and simply how it MUST be.
WHAT WILL I DO TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL? The simple daily work of hustling to make money, of actively growing my wealth, and not stupid or binge spending too much!
ALSO: listening to myself about HOW to do my #hustle, how to actively grow my wealth so I feel good about it, when it’s time to do more, when it’s time to back off, and even when it’s okay to indulge in a spend.
WHAT IF I GO OFF TRACK? I’ll get the fuck back on! I’ll do something to release that feeling as well, something that helps me FEEL I moved back on track, i.e. additional aligned sales activity, complete a project for ongoing sales or wealth creation, create something of value that I know will be returned to me.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN I DON’T FEEL MOTIVATED? I’ll do my hustle and wealth growth anyway because that’s who I am. I’ll also listen when I need a gentler or less ‘intense’ approach.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN I FEEL BROKEN OR VULNERABLE OR IT JUST FEELS TOUGH? I understand that the best cure is action – the RIGHT action; nothing that will hurt me aka be way out of alignment or result in me having to deliver stuff I don’t want to deliver. But action cures pain / stuckness. AND elevates feel-good factor.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN LIFE IS CRAZY, I DON’T HAVE TIME, OR I CAN’T THINK OF ANYTHING TO HUSTLE ON? It’s important to me and so I will find a way around it, as best as I can.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN DESPITE MY BEST EFFORTS IT DOESN’T SEEM TO BE WORKING OR I’VE EVEN GONE BACKWARDS?! I’ll trust in the process, and gear it up a notch for extra empowerment!
HOW DO I KNOW THE ‘RIGHT’ WAY TO HUSTLE AND GROW MY WEALTH? Because it will feel right, I will feel empowered and uplifted by it, and I’ll feel the positive internal rewards before the external.

WHAT ABOUT IF I NEED A QUICK FIX?! Okay then. Make a fucking quick fix overhaul plan and follow the plan. But DO IT WITH SUPPORT and accountability to continue on regardless of the outcomes. Also it HAS to be from alignment.
IS IT GOING TO BE ABOUT PUTTING MORE TIME IN, OR THE RIGHT SORT OF TIME? The right sort of time, but also more DOES make a difference. It’s about listening to what is right right now as well – push harder or more subtly? Focus on steady growth and leverage, or do a high-energy cash machine or flash sale? Do mindset work or hustle? And so on.
WHAT ABOUT WHEN I GO OFF TRACK FOR A DAY OR TWO? Make it a higher priority and put it ahead of other things until I’m back in the habit.
WHAT ELSE? It’s the DECISION to be shit hot rich and not what I DO to be shit hot rich, that will make me shit hot rich. Also surround yourself with others who believe, choose similar, are doing the work and are getting the RESULTS you want, as you’ll always rise or sink to meet your surrounds!
WHAT’S THE REAL REASON I’LL BE SHIT HOT RICH? Because I choose to.

Use my exercises as a starting point. Choose an area of your life you’ve achieved KILLER results in. ANALYSE it. And then REPLICATE it.
AND THEN DO THE FUCKING WORK.
