- Landing Page Building (we use ClickFunnels @ $297 / month). Other paid options include Leadpages & Megaphone, however, there are also free options including WordPress Themes & Mailchimp Landing Pages)
- Email Auto-Responder / CRM – (we use Infusionsoft @ $299 / month and including eCommerce – see below. Other options include Active Campaign, Aweber & Mailchimp. Mailchimp can be completely free, including both the Landing Page Builder & CRM if your list size is smaller than 2,000 & you send less than 12,000 email per month)
- Shopping Cart – (included in our Infusionsoft subscription. If you didn’t want a CRM with an eCommerce package you could just skip this point & link your PayPal or Stripe Checkout buttons directly onto your sales page)
- Merchant Account – (we use PayPal. Other options include Stripe & Transferwise).
- Membership Site for Continuity Programs – (we use OptimizePress, which is a once-off fee of a few hundred $$$ & then a $39 recurring annual fee, however it’s worth noting that we fully customise our membership site using a developer which costs us a bunch of extra $$$. Other plug n’ play options including ClickFunnels & Kajabi)
- Budget for Ad-Spend, suggest to start at $5 per day for each ad-campaign & scale at 25% per day. Your budget isn’t really fixed, and it does depend on your campaign objective. Having said this you don’t HAVE to start with a paid campaign, you could drive organic leads into your funnel with strategically placed optins on your social channels and / or website. We’ll be showing you have to do this throughout the program. I was running funnel without paid ad spent for year.

- Budget – If you are just looking to start out you could you a free landing page builder, free mailchimp account & PayPal checkout buttons. You won’t have funnel automation like one-click upsells but you’ll be able to grow you list and make offers.
- Solid Performer – If you are looking to have a solid funnel with a decent amount of automation in it, and not be restricted by list size, use the $297 / month from ClickFunnels. You’ll get your landing pages, CRM & eCommerce all included. It’s worth noting that you won’t be able to integrate PayPal directly into ClickFunnels using this option, so you’ll need to use Stripe.
- All The Things – If you are looking to have a more elaborate funnel with heavy automation, then you could use our model as stated above, or a variation thereof.

I’ve heard the term funnels mentioned a number of times previously but didn’t (and still don’t) have a clue what one actually is. I think I’d even been intimidated by the term let alone looking into it.
When Kat launched Million Dollar Funnels it immediately piqued my interest. To be able to learn everything funnel related, how to practically apply it and knowing it’ll be explained from the ground up, in detail and language I can understand is so intriguing to me.
What had been “no idea, sounds complicated” literally straight away turned into “YESSS, I cannot wait to learn more”.

I have no clue about funnels and I remember when I first started working for Kat any of the tech or system aspects of the business only made me tense up and feel slightly panicked!
