ONCE A FLAKE, ALWAYS A FLAKE, WHAT HELL YES ACTUALLY MEANS, AND ENOUGH WITH YOUR NEVER GONNA MAKE IT BS EXCUSES

There are certain truths, about who people are at their core, that you come to learn over time if you’re one of US.

By one of us?

The 1% within the 1% baby, plain and simple.

By which I mean the ACTUAL 1% within the 1%, based on actions and attitude and ALSO finance before very long. Regan and I were quite pleased with ourselves recently to work out we are EASILY in the 0.01% financially as are many of our clients, as when we use that expression we mean it more so about who the person IS not their money state.

But nice to know we got the money side MORE than covered as well.

Anyway.

If you’re ACTUALLY one of us and you actually build the business, the life, the purpose-driven YOU you set out to do, you’re going to notice that within the entrepreneur and personal development world it is ACCEPTABLE, in certain circles, to flake out, to ‘not be ready’, to say HELL YES! and actually mean maybe, if I wake up on the right side of the bed then look out the window at JUST the right time and a virgin and a wolf are dancing in the light of the new moon to the tune of Hit Me Baby One More Time.

If all of THAT happens plus you can tell me how to take the RISK out of it then yes Kat, I’m a total hell yes!!

Let me tell you, and hell yes you’re RIGHT I am gonna be a completely brutal bitch about this:

If you use the words HELL YES with me – words I live by and talk about daily, words which whether or not you’ve heard me say are seeped in every part of my CORE – and you do not in fact mean HELL YES, you’re dead to me as a client.

For life.

Too harsh?

Too fucking bad, because if there’s one thing I’ve learned about working with my ideal clients and being able to also help them achieve INSANE results, to the tune at times of over 100k in a DAY, whilst also stepping into being on PURPOSE, it’s that people are who they are at the core and they don’t CHANGE.

Once a flake, always a flake.

I used to have much higher belief in the eventual good of people, I believed that people would SEE THE LIGHT and move towards it, how could they not, surely they’d wake up one day and realise they’re THROWING THEIR ENTIRE FUCKING LIFE AWAY by constantly saying NOT YET to their dreams.

People would talk about being born for more! And always knowing it! About having a powerful message they’re here to share! And GOING to unleash it! About stepping up, doing the work, BEING the 1% within the 1%, and I’d get – and do get! – SO damn excited for them because what drives ME is you living YOUR purpose, all out.

They’d talk and they’d talk and they’d get so damn fired UP about all they were here to do!

There’s a correlation, you may have noticed if you ARE one of us and at the top, or you’re going to notice, believe me, if you ARE one of us and still in the initial stages of your journey, between those who get SUPER OMG FUCKING EXCITED I’M A TOTAL HELL YES AND CAN’T WAIT AND LET ME WORD VOMIT ALL THE REASONS I’M AN ACTION TAKER AND THIS IS MY TIME –

And those who do jack fucking shit when push comes to shove.

I’ve learned to automatically retreat when people get REALLY FUCKING EXCITED and send crazy long messages with no paragraphs which, at every turn, affirm the fact that NOW THINGS ARE GOING TO CHANGE.

If you it more times, and faster, and with less pause for breath, that still don’t make it true honey.

Once flake, ALWAYS a flake, that is the reality.

It’s taken me a good 3-4 years to really realise this, but the truth is I’ve been aware of it my entire life in business, back to my personal training days and even back to my school and teenage and even CHILDHOOD hustle days.

There are those who swear black and blue they’re going to do the work.

And there are those who do the work, and sure – maybe get pretty fucking excited about it too, but it’s a CALM and CERTAIN excitement and ultimately it’s one that is backed up by freaking ACTION.

So be WARNED that if you use the words “Kat it’s a total hell yes for me!” and you don’t in fact press fucking play then YOU are a total hell no for me, INSTANTLY.

That’s a deal breaker honey. I don’t CARE how valid your reason is. I’ve worked from my fucking hospital bed, I even finished running a webinar during a cervical exam where they were finding out why I had a condition that was apparently going to kill me during pregnancy.

My CLIENTS – those who are part of my ACTUAL community, not just those who like to hang on the edges deluding themselves that one day they’ll take action – have worked from hospitals, before weddings, after funerals, anywhere, anytime, any day, no matter WHAT and if they knew that something was a HELL YES then they said hell yes and by GOD they meant it and followed it the fuck through.

This is not because we’re workaholics it’s because we ARE our work and our work is us so it would be like trying to not BREATHE to stop.

Do you know how many times I’ve said yes to spending TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS I didn’t have, on IMMEDIATE deadline to produce it out of thin fucking air?

Too many to count.

When I say hell yes I mean it.

But more still then even that – when I know I need to step UP, or FORWARD, or dive IN then I SAY hell fucking yes regardless of ANY circumstance, any so-called ability, any financial or other block.

And then I DEMAND THE WORLD CONFORM TO MEET MY DESIRES.

Is it too much to ask that my clients, even my COMMUNITY members, do the same?

Answer:

Hell NO, it’s not, because I kick the ass of the 1% within the 1% baby and I’m not fucking around when I say that. You either ARE that person or you’re not, and no matter how many times you TELL me you are I will JUDGE YOU BY YOUR ACTIONS, by your ability to make an INSTANT decision, and then follow it the fuck through, no matter WHAT.

The longer you take to make up your mind …

The more times you come back to me to inquire about working with me but then don’t respond or WORST OF ALL say hell yes and don’t mean it …

And ANY time you tell me you can’t because you have relationship drama / life drama / you drama / whatever other bullshit going on which, no matter HOW full on it is, has nothing to do with whether or not your SOUL NEEDS TO BREATHE …

The quicker you’ll land yourself on my no go list.

Of course the REALITY is that these people, the ones who so desperately long to be one of US but yet simply are NOT, are few and far between in my community.

I do a pretty dandy job, in case you’ve not noticed, of filtering out the wannabes from the TRUE called ones who also live into that calling.

My ‘black list’ is so short that I really could just ignore this topic and speak only to my TRUE TRIBE.

But yet, that’s what I’m doing. I’m writing this to AFFIRM AND CELEBRATE YOU if you are truly the 1% within the 1%, if you, like me, have leapt so many times off that cliff with no freaking clue how you’re possibly going to land on your feet, committed REPEATEDLY to the outcomes you desire and been TERRIFIED you’re not going to make it but yet GONE ALL IN BECAUSE THAT IS WHO YOU ARE.

I SEE you.
I KNOW you.
I AM you.

And I’m so fucking proud to work with you, at any level, and forever.

And I’m ALSO writing this to those who know I’m speaking to them as the FLAKY PERSON THEY ARE.

Whether or not we’ve ever interacted personally, know this:

It doesn’t fucking matter whether or not I have decided you’re out, as far as working with me, does it? It shouldn’t. Who cares about ME? Fuck me! 🙂

But shouldn’t it fucking matter to YOU that you repeatedly say you’re going to say yes to living your freaking LIFE and yet you don’t?!

Shouldn’t it MATTER that you are right now living for your EXCUSES?

Or do you actually believe you’re own bullshit, in which case this is falling on deaf ears but at least it effectively draws a DEEPER LINE IN THE SAND as far as me calling in more of my ACTUAL ideal clients.

What this is really about is not even about me being a hardass bitch, uncompassionate, not understanding your woes and ‘reasons’ for not being able to press play.

What it’s about, plain and simple, is that I live and die by being outcome focused. PURPOSE driven. I make my EVERY decision based on the aligned result I wish to create. And one of those decisions?

Is that my clients are rich, hot, and SUCCESSFUL. They are the true 1% within the 1%, they take IMMEDIATE action no matter what and they get RAPID results accordingly. They step the fuck up, they move CONSTANTLY into uncomfortable or even painful growth, they move at the speed of the light, and their word also MEANS something.

I just can’t have you messing up the vibe honey.

So when you ask me –

For the 4th or 5th time –

About taking action.

And when you INSIST to me –

That would would except for A or B or C.

And when you dare to TELL me you’re a hell yes and THIS IS YOUR TIME –

But then you don’t INSTANTLY live by that word –

Please understand that you’ve shown your true colours and we’re done.

No matter how far back you go in my story I always said yes and meant it and figured it the fuck out THROUGH my actions.

I read Regan’s story and see how she invested over and over and over again with NO money available to pay for that investment.

I look at my SOULMATE CLIENTS and I watch them do the same thing over and over again. I have clients who I’ve worked with for several years now who first said yes to me with no money no business no clue just a burning fucking passion, and they are now 6 and 7-figure LEADERS. I have other clients who are newer to working with me and repeatedly do the same and GET THE SAME in terms of ultimately living their freaking dream, the money, the impact, more. Others still who are just starting out on their hell yes journey, who are terrified daily right now, around money and how to make it, and keeping their head above water and YET THEY KEEP GOING.

I SEE the pain my clients, in my TRUE followers, as they repeatedly lay themselves on the line, as they just.keep.going, as they HONOUR the code of a true 0.1% which is that you do what it fucking TAKES and by do what it takes we ACTUALLY MEAN DO WHAT IT TAKES.

And I see their ultimate TRIUMPH as a result of what they put themselves through, of how they were forged under REPEATED fire, of how they were MOLDED into someone whose every cell is infused with UNSHAKEABLE POWER AND SUCCESS.

As how they eventually become the person, like me, who can’t NOT succeed or make money.

I see what they DID.

I know what it took for ME.

I know what it TAKES, and I see the result when you ARE THAT PERSON, and baby it takes some pretty hot fucking fire.

And you –

You with your REASONS and your PRETEND hell yes and you’re repeated asking without immediate follow through –

You have the God damn fucking NERVE to think you can play THIS game, with THESE people?

I wouldn’t insult my TRUE leaders and soulmate clients by letting you around them.

And I wouldn’t insult you by allowing you to believe, even for a second, that your BS is acceptable.

So it’s a no, from me.

If you’ve shown who you are at your core, I hate to believe it, I WISH I could believe you’d change, but the facts just don’t lie.

Once a flake, always a flake.

Can’t pull the trigger now then you never will.

You’re never going to be ready and there will ALWAYS be great risk in being one of us.

The problem is you either ARE one of us, or you’re not.

And the reality is you’ve already shown it, to yourSELF I mean, and you know it.

So carry on, whichever side of the line you fall on.

But please – stop trying to hang on with us, if you’re not one of us. You deserve to find your TRUE tribe and honey this ain’t it.
