A Walk with the Lord,
in The Secret Garden of your life,
in which He reveals
what is for you,
now.

“I want you to show them how to be”.

How to sit.
Be still,
and know
that I
am He.

I want you to show them how to be.
And walk a path that leads them back to me”.

– Lord I am sorry for doing things my way.
For drifting away
even as I spoke and looked for thee
for putting my hands
my eyes
my focus
my gaze
on things which were of me
When there is a way in you I so closely know,
that when I look
lift my eyes
surrender again
turn to you again
bow before you again
say yes again
I simply see.

“I want you to show them how to be.
How to sit in stillness and find within them me.
How to know my precepts and law.
How to seek me for great and mighty things which ARE of me.

How to find the way
every day
in what I say
what I show
where I would have them go
and HOW I would have them know.”

HOW you would have them know Lord?

“Yes.
HOW I would have them know –

the actions to take
the moves to make
the way it should be,
and only CAN is
when it is OF me.

For my ways are not your ways,
my thoughts are not your thoughts
and I do not reveal how YOU wish
expect
or know.

So come …
sit …
be still …
be SILENT …
and wait.

In the place I have given you.
The place I have made for you.
The place I continue to grow and form for you.

in The Secret Garden.
It’s The Secret Garden.
It’s The Secret Garden.
IT’S THE SECRET GARDEN.

And in this corner,
this pocket,
this sudden hollow or glen,
this pasture
where you find me
and are still
I can nourish you
I can lead you
I will replenish you
as you sit
beside still waters
the living water
of my love
which beats eternal
in you
once again
found”.

Do you see it beautiful?

Do you see it my dear one?

Do you see the place He has given us as it now grows,
expands
and as He simply reveals
more of what already IS?

Do you see how He draws us near and causes us to encounter Him,
to seek Him,
to long for Him,
to THIRST for Him,
and eventually to (re)turn to Him,
and once again
come whole?

Do you see the place Has has for us?
The green of the meadow …
The shade of the hollow …
The beauty of the plain …
And the invite of the water
where we should sit
rest
and know
that He is God.

Here is what I see –
and what I know about which this work
will be.

“I want you to teach them how to be.”

“I want you to teach them how to sit,
be still,
and rest in me.”

“Show them how to seek me,
find me,
and know
what is from me.

How to hear what I am saying.
How to be led by what I am guiding.
How to take their hands off things in their business,
or life,
which are simply not what I am saying.
How to lean in.
How to let go.
How to surrender.
And with certainty KNOW.
What I have for them.
Where they should go.
What I would have them know.
And how to operate from the flow,
the rest,
the ease,
the YES,
that is of me.

In their work.
In their days.
In their art.
And in the beat,
of their heart.

STILL.

That’s all.

No,
no need to add anything else.
About what will be seen.
Or shown.
Or known.
Because what it will be,
will be entirely of me.”
