This is a conversation about the fact that if the money is not comin’, and you’re not having a gee-darn wonderful time a VERY high percentage of said time something is broken.

What is the thing you feel most epitomises what YOU came here to do and create?

And what if you went relentlessly, consistently, determinedly, all in on that?

THE NICHE IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN YOU.

This means that what YOU most believe and stand for is your core message. The thing you wish the whole world would wake up and see.

It means that who YOU really want to work with is who you should be speaking directly to, as though they’re already there.

And it means that your products, from low through to high cost, should be teaching what you ACTUALLY live and breathe, also care about and want to impart to others because you know the different it WILL make in their lives.

If any of those components are missing … we have a problem.

I figured out the whole ‘you are the niche’ thing so far back I can’t even remember it now. The multi 8-figure biz that then ensued in my coaching brand was a result of the fact that I just fundamentally didn’t agree that I had to ‘make it make sense’, and I kept my head happily in the sand when anybody suggested otherwise. This not only served ME incredibly well, and meant I could write and talk about whatever on earth I pleased day in and day out without concerning myself how it related to my sales offers … it did because it was all an automatic fit for EVERYBODY who thought like I did, and needed to hear it … but it also had the effect of making actual ideal client attraction easy as pie.
