Mini Killer Leg Circuit!

There is nothing I LOVE-HATE more than a great legs sessions. I DREAD IT AND I WANT IT. I know how GREAT I will feel about myself after but I’m always a little scared to go there, because I know that once I start I’m going to need to go ALL in.
Which will hurt.
Which is awesome 🙂
But scary.
But fear is good!
So! Today’s workout was a SHORT legs session. Short and powerful! With a cardio finisher, #obvs.
This total workout took me 35 minutes.
- Lying leg curl x 8 reps, SLOW on the way down
- Seated leg extension x 12 reps, SLOW on the way down
- Wide stance leg press (I used straight as it was all this hotel gym has; 45 degree is fine) x 15 reps, PUMP EM OUT but with control
- Single leg bodyweight full depth dead lifts, 8 each leg
5 sets.
Zero rest between exercises, 60 seconds after #4 each round.
Then:
15 minutes of sprints on the rower, 30 seconds FLAT THE FUCK OUT (die lungs die!), 30 seconds recover.
