I’m Quitting Coaching
Okay. Phew. This one’s going to be big people. And possibly … upsetting. I hope not for you. But yeah … maybe.
So, here we go, quick like ripping a bandaid:
I’m quitting coaching. FULLY.
Enough is enough, and …
I’ve had it.
So …
I’m out.
Because frankly? I just don’t give a damn about coaching. Never have … and never will.
And if you really REALLY want me to be honest about it –
The whole thing just kind of … BORES me …
I mean really? You want me to tell you a PROCESS?
You want me to teach you something?
You want ME to show YOU the PATH to YOUR success?
Well sure, I can show you MY path .. but if you wanna know YOUR path? Well honey you’re gonna have to go on out there and find it. Ain’t nobody else ever walked your road before you and really would you have WANTED them to?
I hope not.
So yes … as much as I know it’s going to shock, maybe appall, cause confusion or whatever else, I just. can’t. DO it anymore.
And here’s what it’s really about, since we’re being honest and all:
I’m not a coach beautiful.
I.
AM.
NOT.
A.
COACH.
What I am (get ready for the breath-taking arrogance!)?
I’m a fucking leader. I’m here to start a fucking REVOLUTION, to change the world, to UNLEASH myself onto the world with other LEADERS all around me not with people who just want to know how to make a few bucks online so they don’t have to go back to work anymore and who think that the answer is a freaking SYSTEM.
I could not care LESS about helping you find the freaking system!
So from here on out?
I’ll be showing UP as a leader. FULLY.
Which means I will not COACH you.
I will not TEACH you.
I will not TELL you what you should do.
I will not tell you there’s a fucking SYSTEM
I will not tell you whether you’re right or wrong.
I will not tell you that I know better than you what YOUR pathway should be, just because I’ve ‘made it’ or whatever online!
I don’t CARE about coaching in fact the truth is I loathe it!
And, I’m crap at it as well because I don’t believe there IS a system so therefore it’s kind of not possible for me to coach on one!
But here is what I do care about:
I care about leading, leaders.
I care about working with natural-born leaders who KNOW they were born to lead (!), to start a revolution, to make millions, to change the freaking WORLD.
I care about doing WHATEVER IS NECESSARY to help them get their head back in the game, their soul into alignment, and their ass into MASSIVE action to make that shit happen.
I will HAPPILY show those leaders what I do. My so-called systems. ha! I’ll talk it out to no PROBLEM.
AND THEN I WILL PUSH YOU OFF THE CLIFF SO YOU GO AND LEAD LIKE YOU WERE BORN FOR.
Not so that you can go and build a freaking funnel –
Or a LIST –
Or a business –
Pah.
That stuff happens ANYWAY when you’re leading.
It’s not about the freaking list!
It’s not about the LAUNCH.
It’s not about what you’re DOING or whether you’re doing it RIGHT or whether it should or shouldn’t be WORKING and it is. not. about. what me or any other COACH would say. (Not that I’m gonna coach anyway you understand!!)
What it is about?
Is you.
Plain and simple.
Showing up.
In alignment.
And for that to happen?
You do not need a system.
You do not need a process.
You do not need to know what everyone else is doing.
And you do not need a coach if by coach you mean a strategist, a planner, someone to help you make a plan so that you and your business die by the boring fucking plan!
What you need?
What LEADERS need?
Is to see other leaders leading.
CHARGING forward.
Paving THEIR way and with it showing you that you can pave YOUR way.
So coaching?
I’m calling it quits. Effective NOW.
But leading?
Yes I will lead.
Yes I will CHARGE.
Yes I will do whatever I feel necessary to create my revolution and by God I hope that in doing so I can empower you to unleash YOURS.
The world doesn’t need another fucking coach gorgeous.
The world needs leaders, who are willing to lead.
So stand up.
WAKE up.
RISE up.
Stop GIVING a fuck.
And do.
What.
You.
Were.
BORN.
To do.
