Wake Up Leader! It’s Go Time
Do you ever have the feeling, that if only you could just kind of clear that FINAL layer of fog in your mind, you’d know exactly what to do AND exactly how to do it?
I’m not talking about what to do to make MONEY, or at least not as such – ’cause yeah you will CERTAINLY make money when we get this shit sorted!
But that’s not really what I mean right now.
I’m talking about something bigger.
Something bolder.
Something that TRANSCENDS the day to day STUFF that you are spending your time on, your focus on, your energy on, your LIFE on.
The stuff that (really is just SO blah and SO not what you are about if you think it through!) tells you that what you SHOULD be doing right now is worrying, fiddling, learning, adjusting, improving, building, growing, pushing.
What we’re really talking about here, is the difference between DOING, and BEING.
And my question to you is –
When are you going to wake UP, leader, and start BEING who you were born to be.
You do KNOW (I hope?!) that if you want the success, the money, to make the impact, to be known, to have it all, then it is SO not about what you do.
Do you HEAR me leader?
It is SO NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING!

Despite EVERYTHING you feel deep within and know for CERTAIN –
About your calling –
About the TRUTH –
About what you were BORN for –
Insist on –
Repeatedly and FOOLISHLY –
Trying to CLIMB your way to success, hand over fist, and one PAINFUL breath at a time when baby you were born to FLY?
Seriously now –
What are you scared of here?
What is it that makes you think that if you’re going to make the difference – and the money – you KNOW you are here to make that the path to get there must be by DOING WHATEVER EVERYBODY ELSE IS DOING?!
It makes no freaking sense!
And you are LITERALLY giving your life for it.
Breath by breath.
Day by day.
You are showing the world that this is who you are.
Somebody who DOES.
Somebody who ACHIEVES.
Somebody who can TEACH you some stuff maybe SHOW you some stuff.
But not a leader.
Not somebody who simply IS transformational, by virtue of being them.

Not that.
Not quite.
Not yet.
Not fully.
Which is to say not-fucking-at-all.
You wanna know the difference between being a leader, living your CALLING, changing the world and TRULY having it all versus being just another chick out there trying to make a few bucks online and help a few people?
It’s really freaking simple actually.
STOP DOING SHIT YOU KNOW YOU SHOULDN’T BE DOING.
Stop doing shit that you know is not ALIGNED.
Stop doing shit that is FIDDLY, SMALL, just for MONEY or because you don’t CHOOSE to have the God damn courage to do what you KNOW you are meant to do.
And that’s the real point here, isn’t it.
You want ME to tell you the difference, to tell you what it’s going to take for you to step into your CALLING?

YOU already KNOW what you’re meant to be doing.
You have SEVERAL fucking clues about it!
You know when you are ON.
And you know when you’re off.
So why the FUCK are you living OFF path from the work you’re meant to be doing?
Why the FUCK are you holding back, still worrying about what people will think, or say, or perhaps what you’re really worrying about is what YOU might think if you truly went all out.

For GOODNESS sakes –
Are you focusing your energy, your time, your breath, your LIFE, on the next small step or hurdle, so that you can then live a LIFE of crossing another step, another hurdle, because you KNOW there will always be one more, when what you’re meant to be doing –
And it’d be nice if you could just fully OWN it finally –
Is speaking the NO HOLDS BARRED truth that is within you –
Sharing your MESSAGE with the world –
Telling it like it freaking IS –
Business? You weren’t born to build a BUSINESS baby, and you know it.
You’re here to start an UPRISING.
You’re here to cause DISRUPTION.
You’re here to CHANGE THE FUCKING WORLD.

How can I?
Really? I want to, but how CAN I?
YOU JUST FUCKING DO IT SISTER.
HOW?
How should I know what YOU should do?
And what does it MATTER what I think anyway, because like we’ve already established –
YOU KNOW.

So the ONLY question here is –
Do you dare, and will you GO?
If you’re telling yourself that this slow’n’steady approach is the way it has to be right now, or all that you know, if you think that it’s about creating the right PROGRAM or perfecting your website, if you think all you need to do is run the right LAUNCH and get in with the right people, well –
You’re fucking deluded.
A LEADER is not unleashed through a LAUNCH, a WEBSITE or a podcast.
What we REALLY need to launch here is YOU.
What you really need to DO here is imagine-
You were already there –
Known ALL around the world –
Changing the lives of MILLIONS of people –
Making a HELLUVA lot of cash in the process –
Doing EXACTLY what you’re called to do and exactly HOW you’re called to bring it –
And then once you have that VISION –
And you FEEL it in your bones –
And you KNOW it is true –
And you feel the AWAKENING –
Well then yes.
It’s going to be time to just BECOME that person.
Leader you need to wake UP.
You were BORN for this shit.
You have lives to CHANGE, a message to share, a world to RULE.
But it’s NOT going to happen while you sit around worrying about all the STUFF you need to do today.
Leader you need to wake UP.
Your destiny is one on a scale that few would even CONTEMPLATE, let alone take action on.
But just because you WERE born for it doesn’t mean it’s a given, and you should NEVER take it for granted.
Leader you need to wake UP.
You have a choice.
You ALWAYS have a choice.
You’ve already MADE your choice, and it’s what has brought you to here, where you ARE.
Leader you need to wake UP.
The world NEEDS you.
The world WANTS you.
It wants you to be YOU, and ALL out.
[pq]You WERE born for more. You CAN have it all.[/pq] But if you WANT it all then honey you gotta go GET it all, and you gotta just go straight to your END GAME now.
Stop worrying about how to GET there and start living FROM there.
Start BEING who you’re meant to be.
You need to wake up leader.
It’s time.
It’s enough now.
There is WORK to be done.
And it will be scarier, more confronting, more CONSUMING than anything you’ve EVER done up until now.
But it will also be completely fucking EXHILARATING.
You will FLY.
You will go where most NEVER get to even SEE.
But leader?
You need to wake up.
Because for this to happen? You’re going to have to change. You’re going to have to let go. You’re going to have to UNLEASH – finally and FULLY – what is within. You’re going to have to stop giving a fuck, mostly. And start giving a fuck, in other ways.
You’re going to have to take the fucking leash off.
Stop following.
Stop THINKING.
Stop DOING.
And leader?
