4 Steps to Transform Your Body. It’s that Simple!

Did you know that if you followed the combined advice of the current top 5 diet books, you would pretty much starve to death? Of course it’s hard not to get sucked in, particularly when each new trend glows with testimonials promising success.

Maybe this will be the one, you think to yourself.

Well I’ve had enough. When it comes down to it, there are a mere four steps that anyone can apply to transform their body. Anyone!

1. Know yourself

If you don’t understand your ‘underlying motivation’ for wanting to lose weight, chances are you will lose focus.

Ask yourself:

    • Why do I want to lose weight?
    • Why is that important to me?

Ask yourself daily, until you know for sure. We call this process ‘peeling the onion’.

2. Focus on the big picture

Rome wasn’t built in a day. It’s great to set a long-term goal, but it can be disappointing when you don’t see results immediately. This causes many people to give up on their dreams.

I’ve found small goals to be best.

This could be as simple as replacing your afternoon coffee and muffin with a piece of fruit and peppermint tea. Or doing 10 minutes exercise at home.

Always celebrate these small wins, and remind yourself how you just took another step toward achieving your major success – your dream.

3. Attack the problem from all angles

Do you hit the gym regularly, but can’t resist the lure of the cookie jar afterwards? Or perhaps you have a regimented healthy eating routine, but keep justifying skipping your planned exercise. Maybe you’re great at writing about or visualising success, but that’s all.

It’s not about exercise, diet, or visualisation – but put it all together and you have a recipe for success.

4. Be consistent

If there’s one thing that separates success from ‘it must be bad genetics’, it’s consistency over conveniency.

Conveniency is when you claim a ‘good excuse’ for not following your plan – work, kids, partner, grocery shopping, illness, period pains, not being a morning person ….

You can always find an excuse if you aren’t 100% committed to your plan. Those who succeed are the ones who make it happen no matter what.

Summing Up

Create a daily habit of moving your body, eating well at least 80% of the time, and feeding your mind with positivity regardless of what’s going on around you.

Follow these four steps daily, and I promise that the chase for success will end.

And I WILL move past.

You look into the future you see inside of you and you know that it is ALL real, ALL available, ALL true, ALL there for the taking. A virtual sushi train of wondrous life options, every one of ’em just a choice you can pluck off as it rolls on by! Don’t see what you want, not exactly? All you gotta do is ASK, and it’ll be freshly made for you!

Your belief around the impossible is OFF THE CHARTS.

And it always has been.

Your PROOF, of CREATING and ALLOWING the impossible is also pretty darn off the charts, if you do say so yourself. Which you don’t have to, because others do it for you!

It’s ALWAYS been this way for you, you’ve ALWAYS been able to dance between realities and choose the one you wanna keep.

But yet –

it feels, so much of the time, as though you’re teetering.

Teetering on the edge of will I / won’t I let myself FULLY go and receive, create, allow, BE –

or will I fall back into normal, into rules, into worries, into shoulds, into the dreaded dreaded fear that it’ll somehow all just stop working and I’ll find out there was never anything special about me at all, never anything wondrous about what I could do, and that I just somehow … fluked things for a bit.

Sometimes you’re CERTAIN which way you’re going to topple.

And other times you’re terrified you have no idea at all, and if you did you wouldn’t want to know.

But what you do know is this:

When things are working.

When things are flowing to and through and from you in the precise ways they should be.

When things are OH so yes.

It is not because of how you planned, followed the plan, did it right.
