Purpose

Who you are is not a problem.

There is nothing wrong with you that you are like this.

That you thrive on the back against the wall vibes.

That every time you think you’ve figured it out – “this is it, no really!” – barely 2 minutes later you flatlining. It’s slipping through your fingers, and you don’t even care. Don’t lie. You just think you SHOULD.

There’s nothing wrong with you that yesterday‘s work is now about as attractive as old, dead, shed skin cells. Why TF would I paste that back onto myself? Gross!

^^ exactly how it feels. When you think about trying to drum up interest for yesterdays art. IT HAS NO LIFE.

There is nothing wrong with you.

That you repeat these same patterns, and cycles.

THE PATTERNS ARE OKAY!

They are allowed to STAY!

#gamechanger:

You are who you are because that is who you are meant to be. With all your idiosyncrasies. With the way you ‘sabotage’ or procrastinate or just end up once again wanting to tear it all down, burn it all down, simplify, or just do NEW again.

Your SUPPOSED weaknesses, if you took a slow 180; looked at it a different way – would be not only allowed, but also REQUIRED, and ultimately?

DESIRED.

So – what if it weren’t a problem?

ANY of it.

The stuff you bemoan. Make wrong. Tell yourself you will fix, improve, sweep clean, make ‘good as new’.

WHAT IF IT WERE ALREADY NEW, AND BETTER EVEN THAN THAT?

What if it were the perfect you?

  • Because there IS always something that is meant to come out of you. You’re not MEANT to be getting to done.
  • Because you CAN let the things which HAVE already come out go forth. BE. Produce. Impact. And it doesn’t have to be about you.
  • Because you were born to CREATE not fine-tune endlessly …
  • Because WHAT YOU FEEL IS RIGHT AND AT SOME POINT YOU GET TO GROW UP AND STOP MAKING YOUR TRUTH BAD.
  • Because – whatever else you know. And yet continue to keep trying to convince yourself you don’t. Is that enough?
