DECIDE TO BE FULLY YOU. DECIDE NOW.

You have to choose now to be who it is you know you’re meant to be.

You have to decide TODAY to hand over the parts which exhaust you, make you fearful, drained, or leave you endlessly questioning whether or not you really ‘can’.

You have to choose NOW –

I’m just going to pick up that thing I’m ignoring.
That part of my creative work or what I should be building, sharing, selling.
And I am going to systematically and methodically be the version of me who shows up on this stuff as though she knows it is signed sealed and delivered that she GETS to.

Sure, it may not seem like the most romantic or artistically inspired approach, to simply be systematic and methodical with doing the work,

but there is a season for romance and dreaming in your business
and a season for just rolling your sleeves up and doing the work.

Not work for the SAKE of it, and certainly not work that others say you should do, not even work to get to an outcome, although that will most definitely be more likely to occur when you show up – !

But work which is ultimately the work you’d be doing if you believed –

you get to be you.

The devastating and really quite shocking truth about the path most born-for-it leaders and messengers follow, the true way-makers and revolutionaries who came here to lead a CHARGE,

is that they simply –
don’t.

Oh sure, they generally do a version of what they have burning inside of them. Often even a really quite wonderful version. A version which helps people. Makes a difference. Builds a nice little business. Carves out a LIFE!

But that’s not to say –
it is THE life God has for them –
THE business it’s meant to be about –
THE financial and all-encompassing freedom and overflow it REALLY should quite EASILY be.

And why?

“I didn’t feel like it that day”.

“Mood / questioning / self-worth stuff / fear got me down”.

“I got distracted by what everybody else is doing”.

“I was busy doing the stuff that I HAD to do that day”.

But while you’re busy doing the stuff which pulls and yaps at you, the ‘urgent yet not deeply important’ stuff you’ve let your business and life be about, the thing which was really meant to come about –

passes by.

And for each day you concede even with just a nod of the head to the possibility that maybe you SHOULDN’T dream that big –

or maybe you DO still gotta pay a whole lotta dues and figure ’em out first on top of it –

you come into AGREEMENT with becoming a surface based –
counterfeit –
or without any real life to it at all –
version of who God sent you here to be,
with a business which doesn’t especially light you up, not DEEPLY,
money flow which is restrained, restricted, and forced, because through all of this is a simple lack of trust not to mention you just aren’t all in on what and HOW you are selling,

and to wrap it all up –

a continual tap tap tapping from within which says HEY –

this ain’t it.

I know. Cheery and heart-warming message for ya today!

But here’s the thing.

And why I believe this came through me today.

At any point you can simply DECIDE to be the you who you’d be being if you believed you GET to be you.

And at any point?

You can make a decision.
A simple. Committed. Decision.

To do the work you’d be doing right now if you believed you get to be you.

You know –

THAT version.

Yeah you wanna believe in and expect that Spirit-led anointing to just blow straight through you and CAUSE you to take action, but also?

YOU gotta give permission for that. YOU gotta walk yourself into whichever rooms or expectations you should be in. And YOU gotta come into agreement with the fact that who God has planted in you for you to be –

is not dependant upon whether or not you think you know how,
or are good enough to be ‘that person’.

I was thinking about my clients today. My existing private clients and the many incredible women I’ve mentored over the years. And whilst there’s been some variance of course, all in all here is what is true about those who I KNOW I am here for:

She is hands down one of the most powerful and also spiritually empowered women she knows.

She is EXTRAORDINARILY intelligent. Emotionally so also. Creativity off the charts. And when it comes to the supernatural –

tapped in doesn’t even begin to describe it.

She sees things. Knows things. Has a discernment which to her often seems commonplace but which deep down she knows is really just NOT.

She’s accomplished, put together, the typical ‘high achiever’ amongst most circles she moves in, she is a woman who has got it going ON. And yet –

She herself feels like a hot mess a lot of the time.

She considers herself wildly disorganised or chaotic in the structure of her business and usually multiple aspects of her life.

She is frustrated with herself often, because she knows she’s not going all in.

She IS aware of how others perceive her, but she herself doesn’t feel like she’s got it all together. In fact often she is ANNOYED that everybody thinks she is so … perfect. Focused. Certain. Whatever. When she herself sometimes wonders if she even has her head on right!

And meanwhile –

accomplishments + wins + work which got DONE aside …

she knows there is more.

She is the kind of woman willing to work her BUTT off, and harder working than just about anybody out there, so why does she constantly feel like she’s being lazy or just not really showing up?

And WHEN ON EARTH IS SHE GOING TO FINALLY SOMEHOW RIP THAT BANDAID TO SAY | SPEAK ON | CREATE | SELL AND DO WHAT SHE IS REALLY HERE FOR?

The truth?

She flat out knows she is meant to be playing a bigger game.

She knows it’s meant to be a LOT freaking easier and simpler than what it somehow feels like.

She knows she REALLY shouldn’t somehow still be thinking so endlessly about everything she SHOULD do yet still not doing it.

And she KNOWS that she knows that she KNOWS that there is a way to somehow just COME OUT GUNS BLAZING,

as who and what she is.

THIS –

is not about BUSINESS building.

This is about SHEDDING THE SURFACE LEVEL NONSENSE AND UNLEASHING A THING SO MAGNETIC SO COMPELLING SO WHAT EVEN WAS THAT –

that the idea of having to figure out all the stuff to supposedly DO

is just blown right outta the park.

GONE.

Because?

THERE’S A NEW GIRL IN TOWN, AND EVERYBODY IS WATCHING.

You and me.
