I feel like you are showing me … why would I worry about the earthly things

Lord give me a heart for you in all that I do
let my every breath and word be of you

I felt God saying to me why are you still worrying about earthly things when there is a spiritual flow

hmm.

Lord direct and guide me
show me your ways and your will
let me see and know the message you would put through me
Amen

God put your words in my mouth
and let my prayers be your voice!
Give me your perspective
and help me to see what you would have me see!
slow me down Lord
and let me be of you
let me rest in the unhurried rhythms of your grace
see what you would have me see
say what you would have me say
know what you would have me know
Amen

God I don’t understand
help me to understand more
help me to see whatever you can show me
I don’t understand but I am willing to walk forward in what you give me peace on Lord
I don’t understand but I am willing to say yes anyway
I don’t understand but I am willing to ACCEPT and be obedient anyway
I don’t understand why a thing can simultaneously be so exciting and joyous and such a certain YES in my spirit and yet still,
confuse my mind.
I don’t understand yet the more I look to you,
the more I wonder why I ever sought to know anything
outside of that
and so I say mind,
be still
mind,
be the mind of CHRIST
flesh,
BE STILL
Lord I don’t understand but yet my choice and my joy is –
I will follow where you lead
I will go where you send
I will trust in the knowing you GIVE me
and know my peace is assured IN thee
I trust you Lord
I surrender anew to you Lord
I give it ALL to you Lord
and I will follow you Lord
all the days of my life
Lord I thank you for the marriage YOU give me
the family and children and home YOU ordain
I will go where you say
do what you say
i will stop looking through earthly eyes
and accept with joy the gifts and good things you have given me
and know that the plans you have for me are FOR me
I say my questioning
fear
doubt
the voice of the enemy or my flesh, telling me to not surrender, to seek something outside of what you make clear, to worry or wonder,
must fall to the ground
IN YOUR NAME
Lord you give me a peace in my heart in a way I don’t have elsewhere
and never could
the things which are of you
are not those I could dream of or ever conceive
NOR would have
yet they are right
and they are true
indeed this is WHY they are right
and true
a dream beyond a dream …
imagination I never knew …
when I look at them
it is clear they are of you
so while I don’t understand sometimes
why this or that,
i thought it would be this other way
or something else entirely
I will follow the peace you plant in me
I will follow the joy of you Lord, which is my strength
I will look through spiritual eyes which can only come through my surrender to you, and you in me
I will seek your perspective
and in that
as in you
I find life
I find joy
I find an ever greater peace
I find certainty
I find you take my breath away
on repeat
with him
and with all you have for me
in you
Lord I give it all to you anew
I say take me
break me
wake me
shake me
and let any part which is not of you
fall to the ground
and burn
into the dust it already is

I promise you that when you seek Him,
you will find Him
He loves those who love Him
and He blesses them with all good things
as all good things
are and only can be OF Him

so as you seek business direction this week
money
love
or life

seek first His righteousness
His Kingdom
His presence
His love
and IN Him
you will surely find
you
