WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT

Here is the WORD God gave me today.

It is in part a straight MESSAGE. And it is in part prophetic. There are some instructions which I prayed for and a prayer which I also prayed for for you at the end! I’ll send out the main message (word) on email but the instructions + prayer are just on this doc and written up specifically for those who DMd me or commented!

After that there is an invite from me!

THE WORD

When it is time for the Lord to work through you, when it is the moment it has now gone BEYOND you, when you finally stop running,

fighting,

charging into every war, every battle, every STRIFE, all of which takes you further from HIM,

the one you came to glorify and LIVE for,

the one you came to RUN TIL YOU FINISH WELL FOR,

what you will then find and what you will know and what you will see –

it will defy what you’ve previously understood

it will defy what you’ve ever known

it will defy the structures

the order

the WAY

the way which you thought you’d figured out

you thought you’d MADE it about

you thought your IDENTITY was about

you thought you could DEPEND on, 

you thought you could STAND on, and really –

you thought, for a time, until it became clear that it really was just FOR A TIME and not for ALL time,

that you could live for.

And this may confuse you at first it may overwhelm you at first it may cause you to question, at first, it may pull you UP, because, well –

I THOUGHT I’D MADE A PLAN THAT WAS A GOOD PLAN AND I THOUGHT I’D FOUND A WAY THAT WAS A GOOD WAY AND I THOUGHT I’D WALKED PAST ALL THE STUFF I DIDN’T WANT IT TO BE ABOUT AND THAT THE STUFF I’D KEPT AND BOUND TO INSTEAD WAS GOOOOODDDDD STUFF GOD AND NOW YOU’RE TELLING ME YOU’RE TELLING ME YOU’RE TELLING ME –

I should let it all go?

I shouldn’t BOTHER with that flow?

And I don’t even need to really KNOW right now,

who or what I AM?

And it will feel like limbo it will feel like a void it will feel like a bizarre sort of dance which is simultaneously WONDERFUL AND THE BEST DANCE EVER AND THERE’S NOWHERE ELSE YOU’D RATHER BE, OH AND ALSO?

what in the ACTUAL IS GOING ON?

You will be more lost than you’ve ever been.

And more found than you ever knew.

But here is the truth.

About feeling LOST, about being in the WILDERNESS, about having no idea anymore whether ANYTHING YOU EVER KNEW IS REAL, never mind which way even is UP!

What you have lost.

What has been removed.

What you can no longer find, or figure out, or lean on.

(and you will know this)

IS WHAT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED.

It is the old,

falling away,

because finally you have said yes,

to the new being born

and born

and born

and born

DAILY ANEW AS YOU ASK HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN TO WASH YOU.

But here is what you can depend on.

What you will CERTAINLY feel.

And why it is that there’s this WEIRD DICHOTOMY whereby you equally feel like everything is PERFECT while also everything has literally FALLEN AWAY BEEN BURNT AWAY OR SIMPLY DOESN’T INTEREST YOU IN ANY WAY –

You will feel peace.

You will know peace.

The peace of knowing you no longer need to check your salvation.

The peace of knowing you have finally given in to what it was always meant to be about.

The peace of knowing that even if you never know anything about anything,

ever again,

you know WHOSE you are,

and so you know WHO you are,

in Him.

And the bit about … but what does that look like and what do I do and where do you want me Lord and am I MISSING anything,

what you will realise

as you surrender each day ever more to faith

to trust

to CHOOSING these things

and hungering ever more AFTER Him

is that …

it actually doesn’t matter

it’s all unfolding beautifully

and perfectly

perfect godly order

as He directs your steps

along the path

that was always WRITTEN for you

and to which you finally

said yes.

And here is what else,

if I may?

You will begin to feel a sense of deep deep KNOWING that not only your wildest and most longed for but also your most FORGOTTEN dreams, the ones which turned along the way to DISAPPOINTMENTS,

He is reviving them.

He is reviving them.

He is reviving them.

And he is REVEALING to you,

in the EXACT perfect timing,

ALL that you need to know,

AS you need to know it.

And even though your flesh may long,

cry out at times,

with FOMO or FEAR or ANXIETY or FRUSTRATION,

YOUR SPIRIT WILL KNOW.

I am finally

where I am meant to be

in who I am meant to be

and so now let me finally exhale out

the decades of holding on

of worrying along

of trying to be strong

Because He has called me

for such a time as this

and for deep deep rest in Him

as TOGETHER

we now walk forward

PURPOSEFUL AND POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE

ALL FOR HIM

AND ALL TO HIM

Amen.

And so really,

what else do you need to know?

Because finally you have stepped foot on the path of TRUE flow.

Guided by the Holy Spirit,

led in every way

and TRUSTING ever more day by day

that this

is all

I need

And so we say THANK YOU

and THANK YOU

and THANK YOU

and we ACKNOWLEDGE you

as we CLAIM in and THROUGH you

who you have shown us to BE.
